A Miracle!!!!!! The Tiger's Won!!! Can't believe it. The last time I lived in Detroit in the 80's, they won. Now, I'm back, and they are doing it again. Maybe they should have moved me back sooner.

Party hardy, Tigers. You've got a bumnpy road ahead; enjoy the interim win, while you can!

Yankees Removed by Tigers

Typical Detroit--the city stops and turns the other way for them to 'celebrate'. Same thing happens in East Lansing when they play Ann Arbor. Expect damage.

Did you?
What a waste of time with other more important, pressing needs.

I'm not a Tigers fan, but I've been pulling for them since they've been bad for so long. It was nice to see them defeat the Darth Vader of baseball. The way the team came back out of the locker room to celebrate with the fans was one of the coolest thing I've seen in sports in a while.

Wow! Who'da thunk it!
I grew listening to Ray Lane and Ernie Harwell giving the play by play on Mickey Lolitch, Al Kaline and that 31 game winner Denny LcLain!

Actually, quite frankly, it was so damn refreshing to see a pro sports team appreciate their fans so much, I'm gonna go get another beer and toast them for being so-un, like, today.I agree... how wonderful for them to remember their fans. Congratulations to the Tigers, and THANK YOU for eliminating the Yankees! ;-D

Their celebration in the stands was so cute! The fans loved it.
But Oakland's still gonna kick their butts next week! Woohoo! :)
