Thought on Miami Fans- They need to get a life. I know they dont like Coker but the numerousempty seats in the stadium for two weeks in a row is just ridiculous. Miami fans need to know that College parity is here to stay and their supposed God Given right to be numero uno has long passed. Shame there not supporting their team more. Ok that is my rant

They didn't show up for the season opener against FSU...at home....nuts. UM has always been a mafia team; a small private school able to recruit pro caliber players year after year? C'mon.

For some reason I thought she was the pres. at U of Wisconsin-Madison, or did that predate her time in the Clinton cabinet?

Miami has always had trouble filling seats for home games. Part of the problem is the Orange Bowl, which is in one of the seedier areas of Miami, and part is the fact it's a small, private school. A third problem is the image they've cultivated over the years as a thuggish, gangsta, outlaw program. Sure, it sells jerseys and other stuff in the hood, but it doesn't put butts in the seats for games. As much as I despise Notre Dame, they have always managed to keep a reputation as a clean program(which is questionable), while Miami went for the WWE image.

But Florida's doing all it can to help with the stupid penalties.
