What you're not understanding is that FreeBSD is an American product, but the others I mentioned are instances where foreigners were "making free copies of US Unix code." It directly refutes your statement in #237 and by your definition supports N3WBI3's argument.

The BSD license you so love doesn't allow that for political reasons. These foreigners didn't violate the license like Microsoft did, so the copyright owners can't pull rights to it.
Getting your rights to open source software pulled is rare. You have to do something egregious, like deny the license is valid and claim it's unconstitutional. That's what SCO did, which led to Fyodor pulling their rights to nmap.
What you're suggesting is also the flip-side of the "no military use" clause some OSS idiots tried to use with their software. As I've always say, you are most like the kooks in the OSS movement, just the other side of the coin.
At least we pulled their funding.
Too bad for BSD. It could have given BSD a larger foothold in government to compete with Linux. Plus, BSD is about the most secure general-use OS out there, which would have been of benefit to our government.

Don't act like you don't know every communist government is using Linux, mainly because of the enterprise level improvements given to them for free by US companies.

It is neither my place nor yours to support or denigrate the use of the software by anyone. That right is solely vested in the copyright holders. Unlike you, I respect the rights of the copyright holders.

We support copyright holders being able to control their code any way they wish. If they wish to use the GPL, BSD, or any other FOSS thats their right. In a similar way they if they choose to restrict their license thats fine too. Thats called being consistent.

Wait, I do have to restrict that. I respect their rights until they start trying to revoke existing rights as established by law through their licenses. That is the case with the Microsoft and other licenses I've challenged you to defend, and you've repeatedly chickened-out.
