Clowns Online and in Your Face
Clowns say things that make them feel better.
Truth takes second place to the wants.
They want someone to give them something, it’s simple.
They want to share what is not theirs,
What they haven’t earned,
And they want everyone to be treated the same,
In every way; they say it’s the collective,
That works best but must know it never has.
For where is the proof?
And why should mankind buy the fault?
Why must achievement and risk be subdued?
But for them—these short-sighted, selfish children,
They would gladly take it all and divide it up,
And take what they want to be their share,
With no regard for what is right.
And no regard for children after them.
For no child would eat after time has past.
As they do now regardless of standing and income.
Most couldn’t love the children after all,
And many are never responsible.
Responsible? They laugh at the term.
Hell no, abort the baby! It’s my right! They scream.
Maybe it is now but it is killing, isn’t it?
Yes.
Hell no! Hold them not at fault!
Hell no—don’t tell them what’s right! Don’t examine what’s wrong.
Right and wrong is not black and white after all—
It must be gray. Gray as in stealing your neighbors things.
Gray as in lying to anyone—to everyone—and shading the truth which is the same.
Gray as in adultery, cursing God’s name, cursing one’s parents, hurting a child.
Gray as in killing the unborn child.
And war? What is it that would cause anyone to kill another?
Never mind they are killing us and them—it’s gray too.
Hell no, we won’t go! Which is a good thing,
Because they would surely cause others to die.
Hell, don’t bother them with facts—to them, they’re all a fascist scam.
Their facts aren’t the same and are a lie. Why?
Agenda—ends justify the means.
They say, my facts only count—I get them from reliable sources.
I laugh.
They say dare not ask anything of us in this sick society,
That values work and patience?
They don’t. They want it now and we have to give it to them,
You see we must because they are.
And so they exaggerate, lie, craftily and not use language, clichés, slogans,
For it’s all they have to get what they want,
From anyone but themselves.
The last refuge of the clown,
That is the pliable brain of man.
Were you brain-damaged?
Are you on drugs?
Are you just dumb enough—but smart enough?
Do you just hate yourself?
Why?
Why do you hate me?
Why do you hate America?
