Well, as far as I'm concerned, a company can hire whoever they want and if one of their conditions for employment is knowing whether I had poppy seeds for breakfast it's their right to ask. And mine to decide whether to work for them or not.

Since I don't eat poppy seed bagels, I'd rather have the job and the invasion of privacy than take a stand and be unemplyed.

Newer tests don't care about poppy seeds. I know because I ate some once or twice the morning before a test and still passed.

I'm not saying they don't have the right to test, just that I don't understand why they'd require it for a cubicle-monkey... and that I don't want to work for "those types".
