The Hobbit Hole XXXI - Mawwage is what bwings us togethew today!

Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!

Mawwage is what bwings us togethew today!

New verse:

Upon the hearth the fire is red,
Beneath the roof there is a bed;
But not yet weary are our feet,
Still round the corner we may meet
A sudden tree or standing stone
That none have seen but we alone.
Tree and flower and leaf and grass,
Let them pass! Let them pass!
Hill and water under sky,
Pass them by! Pass them by!

Still round the corner there may wait
A new road or a secret gate,
And though we pass them by today,
Tomorrow we may come this way
And take the hidden paths that run
Towards the Moon or to the Sun.
Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe,
Let them go! Let them go!
Sand and stone and pool and dell,
Fare you well! Fare you well!

Home is behind, the world ahead,
And there are many paths to tread
Through shadows to the edge of night,
Until the stars are all alight.
Then world behind and home ahead,
We’ll wander back to home and bed.
Mist and twilight, cloud and shade,
Away shall fade! Away shall fade!
Fire and lamp, and meat and bread,
And then to bed! And then to bed!

I think everyone here is mashed potatoes (no that there's anything wrong with that). Me too.

Not me, I'm the turkey :~)

You Are The Turkey
The center of attention, the meaning of it all.
Too bad you put people to sleep!
What Part of Thanksgiving Are You?

I don't know what kind of puppy I am :~)

Thanks! We have a lot of fun together.

How's it going? Are you still in Florida?

Yep, still in Florida but trying to move closer to Orlando so I can be closer to work.

Does Talon watch the anime with you? What are you currently watching?

We're watching (Not the Cartoon Network versions!)-

1) Bleach
2) Naruto
3) Tsubasa
4) DNAngel

I've figured out how to finally make DVD's that play on our television set so I'm burning FMA cookies to watch on the bigger screen.

My daughter and her friends are working out the details to starting an anime club that will begin early next year. I think our house will be the meeting place. It should be fun.

Have you ever been to DeviantArt?

My daughter has an account there and has started posting her artwork. I'll see if I can find a link.....

Here's one!

It was done on paint but she'll get some more uploaded soon.

Soupy has an account on Deviant Art! Most of her friends do, too. That's how she keeps up with them now that she's at school in Naples and the rest of them are in school here in MA. She's looking forward to being home for Christmas and seeing them all. She has almost a month off for vacation! Won't be a LOT of vacation for her though, since we'll have her working with us to get the house ready to sell and move.

Does he watch anime with me... bwahahahaha... we have a wall of anime/manga in the back room. He's on staff for the local anime convention - I just joined staff this year, it'll be fun. We don't watch as much anime as I'd like since we just have so many other jobbies.

I was into Bleach until last summer when they started a filler arc. I should check and see if it's back to fun stuff again. Right now we are watching Gundam Wing and Sailor Moon. We just finished Ah My Goddess (the recent anime, not the old OVAs)

Anime is more fun with people to watch with. Clubs are great. We are working on finishing the basement so it can be an uber-viewing-place with a big flat screen tv and all.

I haven't got to the filler episodes yet.

I just finished the fight between Ichigo and Byakuya. It was pretty cool.

Yup, that's cool... the filler starts basically as soon as they get done with the Soul Society arc.

Are you guys using YouTube or torrenting the episodes?

We've just been using YouTube to watch them.
