Then it's home, likely Saturday night or early Sunday morning. We have to get rolling on getting the house finished and sold!
So when yer stayin' up way too late and you get one of them pop-ups that starts talkin' to ya...

I hear him when I'm outside. That guy must be gone for a few days, she usually only barks when he's not home.
Bob was fretting about how much was it costing for the phone time to download the updates... I think we said "it's a local call" a dozen times.
The good news is he'll never figure out the touch pad to get something to open. :~)
But, I think it's a hoot.

Heh...yeah. Sunday when he came in after the pollution collection event, I was so sick and feeling so down in general, without the boys around. He came over and just laid his hand on my cheek and I leaned up against him. It was a bit of kindness that I really needed right then. It was only for a minute, but it did make me feel better.
Then he woke up Monday sick. He hasn't been hit with it at hard as me (he's also smart enough to take it easy, not go on a running jaunt in a parade, I guess.)
"Must not comment. Must not comment."
Someone else will have to find an image...I'm too lazy. ;-)

Guess I need to put more words in there...
I am about in that boat. I have a handful of vague characters about 13 plot ideas most of which work together in some ways. I am just trying to figure out an opening scene so I can have something to start with tomorrow.
Come up with a 50k word title, and you're set!
Heh...I just spent a couple of pages describing how Mars, having been terraformed, is now basically inhabited by FReepers, for better or worse. Red planet indeed...
I have a tendency to overuse flashbacks for openers...so I can jump into something exciting.
Let me think... Last year's opened with a jail break. It is always good to jump right into it.
That's not a bad way to open at all...
