No no...you don't have to practice!! Really, you don't.
Heh heh!
I haven't practiced in forever.
Heh heh! You sound like Steve. I buy him Nature's Own Double Fiber bread and he eats that now and then in the morning with his eggs. One slice of toast.
I gotta say, he looks good too.
I'll go to the fancy bread store to get OT some bread...
I like turkey on rye...I'll try to get a good rye.
I can't believe my green beans...I picked a second batch yesterday! I honestly thought they were goners!
Yep...it was very good! I can't wait to see the continuation!!
I also like the Mac, five years after 9/11, has started seeing someone in CSI NY.
I've only seen CSI NY once. Is Mac the character played by Gary Sinise?
Yes. Mac's wife died in the WTC.
I like him best of all, personally...CSI NY is my favorite. Mac has a picture of Reagan up in his office and also he was a Marine.
And I just really like Gary Sinise.
Lt. Dan, you know. Heh heh!
(I hope I don't get banned.)
Well, I've replaced the toilet seat, assembled my kitchen cart, and worked on cutting foam for the basement ceiling. I'm feeling somewhat handy!
Still lots of tidying to do... but it is starting to feel manageable.
You sound downright domestic!
Fun, isn't it!? Satisfying.
Certainly got more done than the documentation I did or that meeting I went to...
Wana meet me at Panera around 11:40?
That's what Mom said... only she said "domesticated". *blink*
It's just my way of making myself feel like I really belong here.
Yup.
That's so nice!
When Steve and I were first married, I'd always meet him for lunch...usually I'd fix lunch and bring it to him. The people where he worked said I'd stop doing it after I had Matthew, but I still did it...I'd just fix that lunch and haul it and baby and all and we'd sit together and eat. Several times a week!
He works clear across town now and gas is too expensive...but if I'm out and in that area, I always try to stop by for lunch with him!
I have been packing lunches for him but we did not have leftovers from dinner last night. So we get to have lunch together :-)
Whatever you're having for lunch kilt the thread.
In other news, wife just called and said "the back door just fell off."
So, there's that.
Fell off, huh? That's... um... something that only happens in Corin-land. Sorry you've got another headache.
Procrasting here. I need to get out there and paint the foam bits I've cut and then make more.
I think it just slipped off the track. Fortunately we bought the screen door this spring.
Oh, good. That's not too bad then.
No Pippin. It isn't.
