wow....
So now Cruise is going to let Snyder finish off his career like Synder has destroyed the Foreskins?
Nice.
I like that :)
Pats trade Branch! oh no ...panic....well,maybe not.

iirc, you were the Redskins fan I exchanged posts with last season about listening to Sonny and Sam on the internet (if not, sorry).
Just in case you didn't know, we can listen to them this year here, click on the espn link

there is about a 10 second delay between what we on T.V. and the internet feed on my computer.
I don't find any of them as annoying as Chris Berman. "And in attendance tonight, Mark "give me a Brew" nell." ESPN has assembled the most irritating collection of commentators I've ever muted with my remote control.
Hey, thanks a lot for the link! And yes, that was me conversing about Sonny and Sam. The Skins need help tonight though..
Berman's schtick was slightly clever and gimmickey about 15 years ago, now it's irritating on so many levels.
You can thank the Browns' stupidity for that.
I was amazed that the camera went to Cruise that early. I was sure they'd wait at least a few more games to make the promotion a little less obvious.
You did better than me.
trust me, it was blind luck.
You'll beat me to finish out the year, I can practically promise that.
My picks stunk this week. 48 points out of 136 so far.
That, my friend, is a classic example of a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Is it just me or is this doubleheader boring as hell so far? And who the heck wants to see the Raiders on national TV?
I'm not doing much better. I'm at 64, I think.
The first week is always hard to predict....
There's only need for one MNF game, although the 7:00 start is better so you don't have to stay up past midnight.
I think a football doubleheader on a Monday is a bad idea. But I'll still watch both games tonight. Personally I am enjoying the Vikings/Skins game. Brad Johnson is really having fun out there.
Okay, besides the obvious.
If Oakland pulls out a win I'm not even going to check the points listings next Sunday.
Agreed. And, Chargers/Raiders? Who the hell at ESPN thought that would be a good national broadcast?
I don't think ESPN had much of a choice.
Given the date, I think the NFL kind of forced it on them.
