We conservatives in Rocklin CA (near Sacramento) are doing a 9/11 rememberance. I would like to get a poster size picture of the towers as the plane hit (gruesome, I know.) I've found it on the internet, but I do not know the technical side of how to make it into a poster. I want to take it to a print shop. Any help would be appreciated.

You need a large, good quality photo to begin with... the 72 DPI crap we post on the web doesn't fly in print. If you can get your paws on an 8.5x11 color print/color chrome... set the output to 300 DPI(scan it) and do whatever enhancements(type, color-correction) are needed. All this can be done in Photoshop.

Okay What would that be?

Ideally, the higher the better. I have made some from digital images 3264 X 2448.
Unfortunately, most images posted on the web are sized for monitor display, and are seldom higher than 800 X 600 resolution.

An image of 200 X 300 pixels will not produce an acceptable poster size (assumed to be 20" X 30") except perhaps for viewing from beyond 30 feet...

I don't know what size you need, but my HP printer software will print posters at 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, and 5x5 (42x55 inches) automatically.

That's not a very technical answer.

Okie dokie.

First you take the seprator and set the disgronificator to 10.57 ohms. Then the arc of the depth will automatically set to 7 plus twelve diogs. This is where you can then fine tune the torger to the point where it will be able to defuse the fird.

I hope that was crystal clear enough :-)

And if all that doesnt work, then just take it to Kinkos. ;-)

This image is 635x750 pixels with high color depth.

to find the size of your web image, right click your mouse button and select properties. The image size, file size and color depth will appear. High color depth (millions of colors) will produce a perceived better image than lower and should result in a better poster.
