This is great news for Kimberly Stewart, who was having a hard time getting her picture in the paper recently.

We're told they administered a field sobriety test, and Paris blew a .08. Is that too high or too low for Paris? If it had been Fat Ted I would suggest a gin transfusion to get back up to a normal level.
