Diamond Lake is a gorgeous gem just north of Crater Lake. We hit it twice a year & even with the chubs have enjoyed the fishing. They've planted several types of trout in an attempt to discover what type of game fish may eat the chub; some Williamson River trout have grown quite large. It will take a few years after the chub are removed, but the lake will see nice red meated trout that can grow to respectable size.

I googled chubs and all I get are fat people and pets named chubs. Very few fish pictures. They look like they're a waste.
