Arizona Cardinals quarterback Matt Leinart and University of Southern California basketball player Brynn Cameron are expecting a baby in the fall, PEOPLE has learned.
Leinart, 23, one of PEOPLE's 2006 Most Beautiful People, graduated from USC in December 2005 and lives in Los Angeles and Arizona.
Cameron, a 20-year-old USC junior, will sit out the upcoming basketball season.
"It's an exciting time in their life," says a source who knows both athletes. "They both have support from their families."

THIS SEASON
Brynn Cameron has been working nonstop to make a comeback from a second hip surgery and is locked and loaded for a return as USC's formidable perimeter threat who already stands as the Trojans' No. 6 all-time 3-point shooter with 91 career threes entering her junior year.

Remember, we're talking the Arizona Cardinals here, folks. When Bidwell was here in St. Louis, he wasn't exactly the last of the big spenders on talent. We sat around the house saying how bad we felt for Matt, hoping he wouldn't jump off the nearest bridge when he wound up with Bidwell. We loved the Cards, just wish they didn't come with a Bidwell.

    I have fond memories of Matt, especially the 41 - 38 one ... and Matt's reaction ...

From Fox Sports news: (http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/5918946?CMP=OTC-K9B140813162&ATT=5) Who's your daddy? How about Matt Leinart? Arizona Cardinals rookie quarterback Matt Leinart and Brynn Cameron, a basketball player at USC, are expecting a baby boy in November, Cameron's father told the Ventura County Star. "It might not be the best timing in the world, but we are obviously very happy to have a new baby in the family," Stan Cameron told the Ventura County Star. "Brynn just found out about a month ago and told the team on Monday." Brynn Cameron Cameron and Leinart dated while Leinart was attending USC. The two reportedly broke up last year, but still talk frequently. "Brynn does not want to get married," Stan Cameron told the Ventura County Star. "She wants to finish school and let Matt do his thing and then figure it out."

I was one of those rare college basketball players of which you speak (still 4th all-time scorer, but I digress). We did joke on our team though that when we all had to go out to eat together, we split into either "steak or fish" tables. It was crude, but true.

Who does Leinart think he is? An NBA player?!!!
Of course not. There's only one "mom to be" in his life.
