Schnitt just announced the breaking news. The DNA for JM Karr is NOT a match for Jon Benet evidence.
" Where is the evidence she was fighting, struggling?"
I believe she was stunned twice with a stun gun. This rendered her helpless but still conscious. There were scratch marks on her throat near the ligature.
" As far as the paintbrush......... lets not go into it in public."
Nice dodge. That she was raped with a paintbrush PROVES that the Ramseys did not kill her. For a parent to do something like that to their own child would require years of certifiable mental illness along with a criminal record. The Ramseys dont qualify.
"I think his is a false confession. What a loon.
I don't think he ever confessed to the murder. He said he was with JonBenet when she died. I think he meant only in a spritual/emotional/loony sense.
The guy was/is connected to the murder only in an emotional perverted way.
Anyway, this JMK character is a very sick dude and should be locked up.
And no, I think someone else was the DA there when the case first broke.
If you look around, there are probably hundreds of unsolved murders across the country, and this one is nowhere near as important as Vince Foster or Chandra Levy, because at least some of the perps in those two were very much involved in government.
oh yeah, the stun gun was brought in. and I'm stupid.
thanks alot, last post you need to make to me.
"We" didn't do anything. The Boulder DA took an interest because of what that professor was saying. As for Karr, he seems to have been trying to associate himself with the JBR killing for years, so yes, he came out of the woodwork on this and the Polly Klaas killing.
He clearly had a fascination with those murders. Who knows. Maybe he dreams of doing the same thing. But unless he acts on his fantasies, he's not guilty of any crime.
Thanks. I'm glad at least a few people get the point I'm making. And your example is excellent. If we ever get to the point when we put people in jail for their tendencies, then any tendency can be criminalized.
Send the loon back to Thailand.
Bangkok to L.A. - all the champagne you want !
Your tax $$ at work....
I don't doubt there are some jurisidictions where laws have been passed that criminalize false confessions. I agree with such laws. They are similar to laws against calling in false fire alarms. False confessions, false fire alarms, false 911 calls...all potentiall put lives in danger and chew up valuable taxpayer resources.
You are correct justiceseeker93. Alex Hunter was the Boulder County prosecutor at the time of the JonBenet murder. Lacey ran against the perceived failure by Hunter.
WHY DOESN'T THE "OK" BUTTON WORK?
"Thailand?" Is an inside joke now from the original day this story broke. Some of use were being silly repeating the word "Thailand"...
And that was correct. They just left out that the charges were from California, not Thailand. I think it was several hours before they clarified that, stating only that he had not been charged with any crimes in Thailand.
Several hours was equal to several news cycles in this case.
I said on a previous thread I think he might have AIDS and didn't want to die in a Thai jail... this way he gets all the latest medical treatment... imagine that... we get to pay for it...
This brutal, horrific sexual homicide was perpetrated by a sick sadistic sexual predator who had fantasized about it for some time. IMHO.
No... these days, they put nutcases on psychotropic drugs and let them go on their own recognizance. Then they molest/rape/murder someone else and vote for democrats while being defended by the ACLU.
That's exactly what I said. The other poster said there werfe charges.
What you said!
Several hours was equal to several news cycles in this case.
I'm so glad you all clarified this information. Someone grumpy needs to be informed too. LOL
I still think Patsy did it. Talk about loons! I saw part of an interview she had with cops in Boulder and her reactions to their questions were weird to say the least. JonBenet was found in an hidden basement room. Patsy's broken paint brush was used to tighten the garotte around the kid's neck, and the ransom note was written on Ramsey stationery with a Ramsey pen. An intruder did all this? Come on.
