the only way to ever get the truth in this case - would be for the state of colorado to appoint a special prosecutor. that's been true for a long time now.

Look on the bright side though. Rita Cosby was broadcasting live from downtown Hamilton, AL this past weekend. The temps had to be in the upper 90s with high humidity. My guess is the crew had to throw her out of the Air Conditioned RV so she could do live broadcasts. : )

it is a breeding ground for rumors. People are foolish to buy into it without it being confirmed by the DA's office.

KUSA-TV in Denver cites two sources that DNA taken from John Mark Karr does not match samples taken from the crime scene in the death of JonBenet Ramsey in 1996.
MSNBC reports that the Boulder County District Attorney will now not charge Karr in the case.

IMOIf they turn him over to CA and he does time in the GP of the prison there, no trial will be needed.
Well, think about it. Today was the day he was supposed to be charged. If the DA knows the DNA doesn't match, then it doesn't matter if everyone knows b/c everyone will know that all charges were dropped. So, I can see why it's 'leaking' now.
