KUSA sources: Karr's DNA doesn't match; no charges to be filed

KUSA-TV in Denver cites two sources that DNA taken from John Mark Karr does not match samples taken from the crime scene in the death of JonBenet Ramsey in 1996.

MSNBC reports that the Boulder County District Attorney will now not charge Karr in the case.

IMOIf they turn him over to CA and he does time in the GP of the prison there, no trial will be needed.

Well, think about it. Today was the day he was supposed to be charged. If the DA knows the DNA doesn't match, then it doesn't matter if everyone knows b/c everyone will know that all charges were dropped. So, I can see why it's 'leaking' now.

I'm surprised at this development. I thought for sure that the handwriting samples were a match, especially in light of the SBTC in the yearbook and letters to his ex-wife.
