Some of the Boston areas leggiest gals were hoping their long legs could carry them to victory at Gillettes Venus Legs of a Goddess competition in front of the TD Banknorth Garden yesterday, right before the Mariah Carey concert.
Lan Do, 24, of Boston, a medical student, won the competition, beating out 52 other contestants, according to organizers.
The contest, which included General Hospitals Kelly Monaco as a celebrity judge, featured the lovely ladies walking down the runway and striking a pose for the judges, who were looking for Beantowns most shapely and toned set of legs.
The women, who displayed confidence and vibrance while on the runway, had a leg up on the competition in the minds of the judges. The winner received VIP tickets for last nights Mariah Carey contest, with a chance to meet the leggy siren backstage. She also advances to the national competition with a chance to win $25,000.
Mariah Carey was recently named Venus Celebrity Legs of Goddess.

Whoops. I take that back.
You hit a time warp!
Just go to JET or Pure in Las Vegas on any given Saturday night - the contestants are way better than those in the pictures and amateur judges are welcomed. ;)
What is the attire....I mean of the contestants?
Snazzy. I think I'd fit in like a root canal. LOL
Pretty girls ... and they look like they eat! (That's a compliment.)
The 2nd pic, gal in center needs a cheesburger, but the others look great.
Yeah, she could stand a few more pounds, but she's no Ann Coulter.
LOL. I did not notice her at first, I was too busy eyeballing the pose of the gal in front of her.
She looks like she's about to sit down, but there's no chair!
That's what I was thinking....of a good place for her to sit. LOL
Ahh...now this is what I call a thread!
Yeah, but no one came to the party. LOL
