A U.S. law enforcement official tells CNN that the man held in the slaying of JonBenet Ramsey offered details about the condition of her body that have never been made public.

She was pregnant when they married. Karr, eight years older, told her it was the best way to get married without parental permission, she said, then later pushed her to cut all ties with family members. The couple eventually had three boys.

So she was pregnant and sixteen when they married in 1989, the twins were stillborn on Sept 1, 1989.
And, really, we all are. It's all speculation. As I've said before, to commit murder you must have means, motive and opportunity. At this point, we have possible motive but nothing more.
Is anybody asking themselves how such a slightly-built man could exact such force on JBR as to crack her skull? Granted, she's a small child but it still would have taken quite a blow to cause that to happen. A picture of him from 1996 might exonerate him if it's a Christmas photo but it also might quietly condemn him if he shows to be in better physical condition then than he looks today.
I'm also still asking "Why this child who lives 1,000 miles away?" and "Where did he stay the night before and the night after the crime? In Boulder or elsewhere? Who can place him at the scene or anywhere near it?"

Karr won release from jail Oct. 5, 2001, on a slate of conditions, including prohibitions on contacting his one named victim, using computers or the Internet, and visiting parks, theaters, beaches and other spots frequented by children.
Two days later, his wife was told by a neighbor that Karr had asked for her number, and wanted to see his boys and collect his belongings and car. Lara Karr got a court-ordered restraining order and no-visitation judgment, cutting off all ties between Karr and his sons.
"I'm concerned for the well being of my sons," Lara Karr said in court papers, noting that one district attorney official told her that her husband's acts were so egregious that he should be considered "a threat to all children."
In court papers, Lara Karr recalled that he had prior difficulties during his tenure as a substitute teacher while working in the South. She said John Karr had been told by a school in 1997 or 1998 that he wouldn't be asked to come back as a substitute because "he had a tendency to be too affectionate with the children."
John Karr's trial was set for January 2002, but he failed to report as required to authorities in December 2001, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
That is what I keep thinking, that the DA has something on him that she hasn't shared with us. She may know he was in fact in CO in 1996 afterall and may have a DNA match. Until the media knows what she has I don't think we or the media should be making a judgement either wayabout Karr.
There are still things that we dont know held back from the public for a day like today. He may have bitten her, that would not be unusual. He may have sliced off a souvenir as well. There is just no telling with these sick bastards. But, you can be certain there is something significant that the public is completely unaware of.

Being 16 and pregnant with twins can be rough on both the mother and babies. My guess he she also was not getting proper medical care.

Well That should clear up the investigations here in Alabama. Shannon Paulk's Body was found in October 2001, but she dissappeared in August 2001, and Mr. Karr was in prison in California From April through October 2001.
they sure have! Some gal earlier on Foxnews says the family is working on providing a picture to prove Karr was with them in 1996. HELLO? If they had a picture it would have already been plastered on the news.
Who doesn't have pictures of each and every CHristmas when they have kids? Their kids were like 2,3, and 4 years old in 1996. You bet she has pics and knows where to find them and provide them within minutes. The fact that she hasn't at this point is very suspicious to me!

This is the gal I linked to late last night... She has a ton of stuff on Karr, it sound like Karr was talking to her before he started talking to Tracey. She put a retraining order on Karr also.
She is very credible! Doesn't mean Karr didn't lie to her, but seems to me she is saying what she was told and not making anything up.
What I also find interesting is that maybe Karr's brother was involved!
The fall of 1996: He attended Bevill State Community College in Hamilton, Alabama.
I'll bet he babysat/tutored on the side and got a babysitting gig to Colorado during the holidays.
All expenses paid for by an executive connected to the Ramseys....means no paper trail.
When Jonbenet was born (1990) he had just lost Angel and Innocence - 1989.
I wonder if Jonbenet's birth was splashed on the newspaper down there?
Where were the Ramseys in 1990. Where was Karr?
