And, really, we all are. It's all speculation. As I've said before, to commit murder you must have means, motive and opportunity. At this point, we have possible motive but nothing more.
Is anybody asking themselves how such a slightly-built man could exact such force on JBR as to crack her skull? Granted, she's a small child but it still would have taken quite a blow to cause that to happen. A picture of him from 1996 might exonerate him if it's a Christmas photo but it also might quietly condemn him if he shows to be in better physical condition then than he looks today.
I'm also still asking "Why this child who lives 1,000 miles away?" and "Where did he stay the night before and the night after the crime? In Boulder or elsewhere? Who can place him at the scene or anywhere near it?"
Those are important questions that have to be answered. I'm wondering if the DA already has the answers. I'm also wandering if the answers are coming in now that people know who he is. If not, they don't have much of a case.
