To this day, John and Patsy Ramsey have lived up to their promise and continue to search for their daughter's killer. They have posted a composite sketch of a suspect compiled by the late psychic, Dorothy Allison, on their Internet site with the attached message: "Have you seen this man? This man may have been in the Boulder area in December 1996. ... We firmly believe that this most horrible of killers will be caught based on information provided by people who care about right and wrong. ... Please help, so another innocent child will not be a victim and another family will not suffer unbearable grief."

That sketch hits on about 7 out of ten points compared to the picture. It would be interesting to see how he combed his hair in 1996, and how much less he weighed then. The biggest discrepency is the chin line, but that might be weight and age progression related. Overall, it's a chilling comparison.
The psychic's sketch looks nothing like Karr.
I feel sorry for anyone who resembles this
invented person. Give me a break.
That guy has an Extra-creepy vibe.... so does the illustration.

Looks more like that "psychic" got her pedophiles mixed up.
Pencil necked geek comes to mind.
Except for the fact that Karr bears no resemblance to the guy in that sketch, that's quite intriguing.

It's a wonderful nut.
