To this day, John and Patsy Ramsey have lived up to their promise and continue to search for their daughter's killer. They have posted a composite sketch of a suspect compiled by the late psychic, Dorothy Allison, on their Internet site with the attached message:
"Have you seen this man? This man may have been in the Boulder area in December 1996. ... We firmly believe that this most horrible of killers will be caught based on information provided by people who care about right and wrong. ... Please help, so another innocent child will not be a victim and another family will not suffer unbearable grief."
Allison, who claimed to have assisted police investigations, came up with her vision of the suspect during an April 1998 appearance on a network television show. She died on December 3, 1999. Boulder Police Chief Mark Beckner declined to comment on the late psychic's work.

Tioga, get real. The photo of Karr as a 17-year-old cannot remotely be compared to the sketch of a 30-something man. I threw that yearbook photo in to show this: even at that age, Karr's eyes were deepset and you can't see the upper eyelids, as in the sketch. You will, of course, believe what you wish, but psychics are among the world's worst con artists. Anything resemblance between Karr and that photo, however remote, is purely coincidental.
Looks close!
Dammit, the Psychic fingered Coach K!

Poor Coach K
If one is an earlier picture, then I would say he has not been eating much while in Thailand.
I might wish to leave quickly as well.
The face is evocative of Karr but the details are far from a dead ringer. The eyes are the main focal point, as are Karr's eyes. The details of eyelids, lips, etc. are less important in a general impression.
To me, the most striking similarity in the drawing is the small body type, as seen from the skinny, pencil neck. Despite the questionable validity of psychics, the drawing could very easily have been of a man of normal or heavier weight, but it captured the definite impression of a skinny geek. I think that much is interesting and worth noting.
Very interesting.
But a drawing of a two eyed, two eared, 20-40 year old white man is hardly a physic phenomenon. We see nothing of his ACTUAL build or height. In fact, his head does NOT have that shape at all.
because phsychics are not phsychic about themselves.
