Just breaking on KUSA-TV in Denver that the suspect arrested today in the case matches the DNA at the crime scene. Nothing on the web yet...
Got a quote for that one?
None is required Since the original post (#42) said nothing at all about that biblical judgment being carried out by man.
Post 42 Biblically, they should all get the same death sentence they wanted for the parents.
That was quick. The link worked when I posted it; Babaloo thought the photo was a girl. He did have long hair in the photo, black tee with camo fatigues, holding an electric guitar.
Even if the DNA is a match, there are going to be problems if this gets to trial. The Boulder police permitted John Ramsey to tamper with evidence (JonBenet's body).
Boo hoo. Questioning the importance of a topic is a perfectly legitimate comment to make in a discussion of it. While it would be wrong to keep making the point, I see no problem and no real offense in making it once. If you want to persuade me of why this is an important story, go ahead. I see you haven't tried to.
LOL! Oh, I didn't realize it was one of those "God death sentences" he was talking about. Most of just call that "dying."
Nevermind!
How sad to think of the parents dealing with the horror of their daughter's slow torturous death, and then facing the suspicion that they had done it.
Someone owes something to the Ramseys...big time.
Only and idiot would trust the cops or a prosecutor. They would already been railroaded into prison had they "copperated" with the idiots of the Boulder police.
I wonder how many other children Karr molested or killed while the police were engrossed in a witchhunt?
It is unfortunate that your brain function is limited tonight.
Whether the subject of a thread is important or unimportant to you is immaterial. What is material is that it is important to those posting. You think a thread is unimportant, why read it and WHY post something so demeaning to those posting? You have not answered that question.
If you think that a story about the capture of a alleged killer of a ten year old girl is unimportant, well, you live with that. A story that made headlines around the world. You think it is a waste of time, fine. But millions of others do not. Again, don't like the thread, change the channel.
What you have failed to pick up in my posts is your rather weak attempt to belittle those that this story is important to.
You could have posted: "Well, I don't care about this story". Great. But you posted: "Sheesh.....who cares"
That is a whole different ballgame and if you do not see that your mental functions are seriously depleted.
You know what your statement implies. At least you should. You were trying to be cute, to put down everyone that was posting to that thread.
Repeating myself (for your benefit) if you think a thread is a waste of time, go to the next thread. But do not try and put down those that think the story is important. I am very sure there are things that you think are important that others would find trivial.
Evidently you feel that the capture of the alleged killer of Jon Bonet Ramsey is trivial, is unimportant. That is your perogative. I do not agree and also think that anyone who feels that the capture is unimportant is a sick, immature fool. But, that is MY opinion.
There are many others that think that the capture of any human slime that would hurt, rape or kill a child is important. I am and have been a child advocate ever since my little sister was raped when she was 11 and have been involved in numerous altercations with slime that think that the abuse or killing of children is unimportant or even worse, acceptable. Many of those slime have paid a dear price, some physically. And I have enjoyed every minute of it.
Anytime a child molester, rapist or killer is brought to justice, it is a great day.
Whether you agree or not is your choice. But to belittle those that believe that this is a major breakthrough is, well......disgusting.
Too bad you see no importance in this story. I have not seen you type why this story is meaningless....hmmm??
It is important to capture the scum. But it is equally important to capture every other killer. So where does that leave you?
Sorry about your little sister technomage.(((Hugs)))
Back off.
Not that I care either way, but your argument is akin to those that say we shouldn't fight the war on terror because we are not fighting it everywhere. In other words, we shouldn't be in Iraq because we aren't in (insert the country that houses terrorists here).
I don't know why the media chooses to cover some stories over others, and pursues killers to the end. But, this is one that fascinates and is followed.
In the same place as I have always been: I celebrate every instance where a child molester or killer is captured or killed. I am also saddened by the fact that so many of them are never brought to justice.
But I will ALWAYS celebrate any of them being brought to justice.
I guess that is the difference between you and me.
Thank you. It was many years ago and even though it took me a long time, the perp paid a hefty price at my hands before the justice system put him away.
Uh, no, my argument isn't akin to that at all. The cops etc. should go after every murder that they can. If some can't be, fine. But a case should not be a higher priority for them just because lots of women with time on their hands find it endlessly fascinating because the little girl was cute, or looks like their little girls.
No, sorry to disappoint you, but I agree with you on that point. Your logical skills and reading comprehension need a little sharpening.
I don't disagree with you that the media chooses the cases it will pursue based on "looks."
But, that is the way our whole society goes.
And, it is very much akin to the way we pursue foreign policy and the way the media pursues foreign policy reporting. What gets the attention (including our current obsession with the Israel conflict with Hezbollah).
meant Stuff.
