An arrest in the JonBenet Ramsey case is due to happen "shortly," according to sources in our newsroom -- I know I can't post the link to our site (we're a Gannett station, and despite the "ban", I would welcome the traffic), but most of you know where I work and what the site is...
According to our sister station in Denver, an arrest took place early this morning in Thailand.
Stand by for details and updates as they come in.
I'm relieved too she knew too although she would have found out after her passing.
But it does happen. They just don't put it on the front page. Some of those guys end up with permanent boyfriends, and not of their own choosing.

I was indeed being sarcastic, but seriously, Thailand is harsher on that stuff than the US. It is not a home of pedos. There are other places that tolerate it more. Thailand is a stanch US ally that has a very low cost of living and I have no idea what has led people to this conclusion.

He was e-mailing her with information that only the family and law enforcement knew regarding the case. Hardly a "wannabe."
