I have to get in by the back door of some post I've already read.
The forum you were in was "News". Misc is a topic within "News".
The forums are listed on the right hand side of your browse screen. They look like this :~)
Browse by Forum
Bloggers & Personal | · topics |
General/Chat | · topics |
GOP Club | · topics |
News/Activism | · topics |
Religion | · topics |
RLC Liberty Caucus | · topics |
Smoky Backroom | · topics |

All of the above |
So why is it a crime to post to "misc?"
What's up doc???
;)
I didn't accuse anyone of a crime, merely described where the thread was, because there seemed to be some confusion. :~)
BTW, it's now in General/Chat :~)
Thanks!! After all these years I didn't know that "misc" wasn't the right place to post.
I had the same problem once when I was doing some "cleaning" on my machine. I had to access everything with WWW.
Then for no reason, I didn't have to.
It's a shame fellow FReepers never want to help. Instead, just the same old sarcasm.
Thanks...Yes...this is what my page looks like, but I never go into the "forums." I just look at what the latest posts are. Have done the same for 7 years. I don't have all that Firefox stuff up there though...LOL!!! Maybe I should try it!
Latest posts for what forum though? How do you get there?
You may be browsing all the forums or just News.
Whatever forum you are "in" when you click to post a thread, that's where it goes.
Just for your information now... I'm really not a topic cop, more of a tour guide :~)

How come. The browser used to default it in.
How'd you do that screen capture. Mouse right click Save As id not an available option.
I did a Print Screen... (Prt Scr) with a twist...
The button is probably up in your top right misc buttons on the keyboard somewhere.
Press the Print Screen button... open a graphics program like Paint or Photoshop or whatever you have that will make jpgs, and select 'New" then "Paste".
The 'twist' is that I pressed Alt + Print Screen to capture only the active window, not my full screen. Try both, you'll see the difference.
Thanks! It works great!
You're welcome :~)
Reload and drop the Oreos.
I am sure you have hit a wrong key.
Hope your back up now.

Just helping those to help themselves.
Ah but Lazer treatment is making even the bearded woman rare.
Don't suppose you accidentally visited Ahmadinnerjacket's new blog, did ya? It's been harrassing FReepers.
