ATHENS Athens-Clarke County police are looking for a disgruntled McDonald's customer who ran into two other customers with her car after a dispute over who was next in line to order breakfast.
Police say 34-year-old Melinda Ann Thomas and 51-year-old Linda Ann Thomas were standing in a crowded line about 8:30 a.m. Saturday as they waited to order breakfast. A cashier opened a new line and they stepped to the front of it a move that angered at least one customer waiting for her chance to order.
Witnesses told police the woman left the restaurant before the Thomases and stayed in the parking lot, sitting in her dark blue Jeep Cherokee.
As the Thomases made their way to their car, witnesses said the woman pulled out of her parking space, backed up and then sped toward the ladies striking them both with the passenger side of the Jeep. The report says neither woman was injured severely.
Police are looking for the woman on charges of aggravated assault.
See? Democrats drive SUVs too and, of course, they have no patience.
If McDonald's would simply build single-file queues like Wendy's has, they wouldn't have any of these problems. It's been scientifically proven that that queueing method is more efficient, and boy was I wishing for it waiting in a packed crowd of indistinguishable lines at the Moscow McDonald's.

When will people realize that SUVs are dangerous? They are a threat to our society, the environment, a very way of life. My gosh, people! Wake up! We are under attack!
Yes, I am being sarcastic.
I ran into a friend of mine this weekend. Why isn't that news? Was it because I don't have an SUV?
Athens Clarke County ping
Hell hath no fury......
Headline should read:
"SUV runs over two people, angry over cutting in line"
"Unique method of prompting linearly arranged elements to be taken one-by-one for ordered processing in a restaurant environment."
FIFO
All a nitwit has to do is get behind the steering wheel of an SUV. It will do the damage itself!
But then I'm a hypocrite. I own their stock.
Good thing she left early, she'd be twice as mean if she'd actually had their coffee.
I personally don't think there's anything on McDonald's menu that's worth waiting for, much less getting angry about the wait.
She wanted fast food, and she wanted it fast.
