Note to all the rogue prosecutors out there. If your going to try and railroad someone, it's ok as long as you don't lie to the press.

I'm amazed. Cash isn't fooling around with this. He seems genuinely put out. I think Nifong is going to go down at some point and I hope it's sooner rather than later. When people like Cash and Susan Estrich abandon you it's time to fold up your tent and go home. Now I just want the indictments dismissed.

1. One of your own, your kids, spouse, etc.

If I were a black Durmite, I certainly would object to being used by someone to win the primary. I certainly would not like to find the guy I backed is a win at all cost DA.

Durham powers that be, looking for case to go away, shop around for an out of court cash settlement; AV, NCCU and yet to be named black interest group to benefit. Pay back to the AA community for black votes for Nifong.
I agree. I think Cash is beginning to realize that he and the black community have been played by Nifong for political reasons. That's what I hope anyway. Hopefully that will make Cash and the black community very angry. They were lied to about this case and like you said, nobody likes to be lied to.
