Let me put this even more bluntly - if the state can't prove its case, which is what it promised (overpromised really), then it needs to be dismissed, because no one likes to be lied to.

So if Nifong wouldn't lied about all he had Cash would be ok with the lynching?

Note to all the rogue prosecutors out there. If your going to try and railroad someone, it's ok as long as you don't lie to the press.
