I suspect that your suspicions are correct, but there is no way to prove it. However, if the suspicions were correct, Patsy suffered far more dying of cancer than she ever would having been incarcerated in some cushy lock-up. Perhaps justice was served by a higher entity.
I'm inclined to think it was the son. Easy to see him maybe not getting his way about something, then just losing it and taking it out on his PrimaDonna sister.
Mom and Dad of course would try to cover it up.

Really? Missed that in the news. I think they were both somehow involved: one did it and the other helped to actively cover it up. The whole case stunk to high heaven!
If you know this for a fact, why didn't you tell the police when she was still alive?
