My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Let your fingers do the walking: Just looking at this feat of strength and balance at a martial arts school in Hefei, China, makes our metacarpals ache. Hey, Jackie Chan, can you do that?

The Language of the Caress
The touch of alabaster skin
soft as watered silk
a canvas upon which to create
an art of living love
Fingers trace her pulse
sensing her mood in throbbing heat
and so subtle sense her needs
so hungry my gentle dove

I like your poem, it has real appeal, and the verse was a perfect starting point. From such starts, many a great work got its start.

Well I'm having trouble getting the pictures to post (I've been trying in preview mode, but they don't come through.
Here's the tag I'm using
//img src="http://tinypic.com/view/?pic=24drf9l" width="250" height="300"//
and here it is not working:
It should be a picture of the Tuk Tuk driver (tuk tuk's are the little three wheeled cabs that buzz around in Thailand) who took me around before I left Bangkok, but he's not coming through! Any ideas why?

Good morning everyone, burrrrr it's cool here this morning, 51F.

Well, as an appetizer, those with inquiring minds can
follow this link to see the first of my pictures. That guy is the tuk tuk driver, and he's standing on Khao Sarn Road, which is touristy cheese central in Bangkok. You can see all the shops that drench the road. I actually like that area, perhaps especially because it's fake and presentation oriented. In the driver's hand is the list of sight seeing places they badger you to go and see everytime you walk down the road. They say "Tuk tuk, tuk tuk, sir, where you go? where you go? tuk tuk now?"
I'll mess around more with the posting until I can get the photos posted directly into the Lair. Just had a lovely downpour, raining a lot now (guess that's why they call it the rainy season). Interestingly, it comes about now every night (7pm) and rains super heavily for about 20 mins. At least that's what it's done the last three nights. It's hot here, feels like 90, but I haven't checked.
cheers,
starbase

Starbase me lad, your a stranger in a strange land, and I think they have no idea what their letting themselves in for!
;^)
I remember the sights and sounds of oriental cities, bustling and congested, with a feeling of life all their own. I remember how at night, even the food carts had lights, and each street had its own character and smells. I'm looking for ward to more pictures, and memories. Thanks!

Thanks Johnn,
Coming from you and BF, I feel honored. The second half was kind of a rush job, because I wanted to print it out for my wife. The fact that you and 'feather liked it, is the highest praise, in my book.
Thank you.
