One way to streamline the FreeRepublic experience would be to jump directly to the spot on the page where the comment is located rather than all the way at the top when you click on a comment.
I understand this can be done with the Anchor tags in HTML..i.e...making an anchor for each comment. This would streamline the comment-viewing process...

One way is to click "in forum" from the user's profile page. The URL will then display the number associated with the FReeper.

BTW, how does one become a target for the grammar/spelling/punctuation police? I see abhorrent grammar/spelling/punctuation frequently here on FR that is never challenged. I tend to ignore it. We are not all writing novels with our posts here. We do not all aspire to be great authors. We are simply trying to enjoy conversing with "FRiends" while dissecting the news.

FR is a great forum for linking conservatives with other like-minded individuals on a local basis, as well. If you put your state flag on your profile page, you can access your state FR message board and keep up with the political goings-on in your area. Great way to be involved.
