4-4-1 with Peter Crouch as the lone striker.

Sheesh, are all soccer players gay? There's more drama queening in this game than in San Francisco.

Is this a typical soccer game, or just 2 teams that like to resort to whiffle faux-injuries?

Yes Rooney was the lone striker. They have brought Joe Cole off (boo) and put on Peter Crouch (boo again).

They're great in that respect. I just hope they don't smash the city up after.

Off tube calling Ronaldo a "scandalous" player. "Making himself Public Enemy #1 in England."

These finals are never typical for a soccer game. In the pre-round you can see a typical game. The finals are always between show and angst-paralysis.

Given the delay between an offense and the call of the offense, the rules of the game are structured to reward dramatic diving.

I don´t fear them. The police is well prepared and has done very well during the entire tournament.

I don't doubt the police will sort them out. They just have a knack of causing a fair amount of destruction beforehand.

Drama queens no doubt. Ronaldo runs 20 yards to petition the ref to give Rooney a booking. Maybe these guys should run harder to score a goal.

Well, that´s the game - but sometimes the attacker gets a card for that.
