Yeah, kinda like a blow dryer on high one inch from your face. With dry heat you feel like your skin is crisping and peeling off. At least with a little humidity, your sweat cools you off a little...they both have their pros and cons. :)

Its always so humid here in NC.
85 feels like 95.
Charlotte had a few "Air Quality Alerts" last week.
I road my bike up to Chimney Rock and Blue Ridge Prkwy last weekend. Man, it felt like the whole place was air conditioned.

I come from Houston. So I'm very well acquainted with humidity, too. In Houston, the air can be tangible. You can grab handfuls of it if you so desire.
