Susan Sarandon, outspoken actress and liberal political activist, thinks the United States should help build schools in Mexico -- not walls along the border. What the **** for? I mean with all the resources Mexico has what in the world should they need our help for?

"I'm very proud, especially with the world careening out of control," she said. "People feel they have no control over their lives."That's because of people like you, Susan.

If they can't even build schools then why does she think they can even run them?

Sarandon, it's not like Mexico is lacking money. They are swimming in oil money.
It is the fact that the elite in Mexico control 95% of the wealth and THEY do not build schools! Why not attack them like you attack the so called filthy rich here!!

God,she's stupid. Since when is it the US taxpayer's job to pay for Mexican schools? (Although we probably are already)
To: peggybac
Ms. Sarandon, Mexico awaits your $ and any assistance you can give them. Vincente has sent you an invitation to move to Mexico and is awaiting your answer.

I keep thinking about the movie where Susan and her friend drove off a cliff.

United States should help build schools in Mexico -- not walls along the border.Just out of curiosity...how are schools going to help Mexico anyway? If they're public schools they'll be corrupt pieces of garbage (like our own public schools) and if they're private, no one will be able to afford to go there.

That's an excellent idea. She and Jimmuh can get together and build Mexican schools together.

Although we probably are alreadyYep. Our tax money goes to welfare, which goes to illegal immigrants, which goes back home to family members in Mexico, which then goes to the Mexican government, which then goes to Mexican schools.
Otherwise known as the "circle of outrage."
