The IRONY is that Nifong fired the assistant DA who won the Mike Peterson case, didn't he?

Maybe that means someone on the defense team has called him out on his breach of ethics.

1. The defense has filed motions asking the court remove Nifong from the case.

2. One night on some of the cable shows they said an ethics complaint had been filed against Nifong with the NC Bar by someone not among the lacrosse group. [Anyone can file an ethic complaint in NC.]

False conclusion??? Nifong based his conclusion before a full investigation or obtaining the SANE report.
Political advantage??? Why rush the DNA tests and present to the grand jury, minus exculpatory evidence, just prior to the primaries?

The alleged victim told multiple contradictory stories, and you chose to believe the one which is does not fit any of the evidence.

They already were cooperating, even volunteering for DNA and polygraph tests. They didn't get lawyers until several days AFTER they knew they were being investigated. It was Nifong who would not hear what they and their attorneys had to say. More fantastic lies.
