I'm not clear on what Togo's coach is on about, but from the story I read it seemed he was protesting the players not being paid. Could be wrong, but that's how I read it.

I just went to read it after I saw the ticker on the bottom. It seems that when Togo's coach took the job he wanted bonuses paid out to his players. They haven't done it and so he resigned.
