Breeder attacked with dead dog

A MISSOURI woman has been arrested for breaking into a dog breeder's home and beating her repeatedly over the head with a dead Chihuahua, local media reported.
She woman was upset because the puppy had died, police told the St Louis Post-Dispatch newspaper. The woman said a veterinarian had told her the puppy she'd bought was just four weeks old and needed to be returned to its mother.
It died before she had a chance to do so and the woman went to the breeder's home in St Peters, Missouri about 5.45am (local time) yesterday.
She pushed her way into the house and tried to get to the basement to get another puppy. But after some hair-pulling, the breeder managed to wrestle the woman out of her house.
When she got outside she started hitting the breeder on the head with the dead puppy, drawing the attention of a neighbour who called police.
The woman then went back to her car but waved the dead dog out of the car's sunroof while yelling threats at the breeder, who did not seek medical attention, police said. The dog owner could face burglary and assault charges police said.
Ok, I am completely will to beat the crap out of somebody who is running a puppy mill, who abuses dogs willingly or those who run those 'shelters' for stray dogs who sell them to unethical laboratories. I wouldn't beat them with a dead dog. But I'd be happy to beat them with something. But most breeders are pretty ethical and are regulated through professional associations and this doesn't sound on the surface like a case where the breeder did anything wrong.
Lots of puppy mills in Missouri. Selling a 4 week old puppy is wrong.
She said in a loud voice: Dog Gone!
This is an ex-chihuahua!
Did they charge him with assault with a dead weapon?
