I guess Moveon.Org's mega CD purchase hasn't fired up the country to see the Chicksie Dicks inane stage show.

Wow, PR firms are getting really creative these days.
If they can't generate enough publicity using normal channels, they release a press release like this and internet message boards light up spreading the group's schedule, etc.

Oh well. They did say that they'd rather have a smaller group of fans who "get it". I guess they got their wish.

Memphis is sick of the Chicks.
I hope Knoxville (my hometown) won't buy their tickets either.
How much longer until Nashville turns their backs on the Chicks? They sold a ton of CD's with this one. But, I am guessing that is a Moveon.org give away. With every $5 donated to the Moveon.org, you get a Chick's CD and Cindy will come to your home to cry. If you donate $10, Al Gore will show up and tell you about how man-bear-pig is going to take over the planet. ("Everyone is super stoked on him, even if they don't know it yet.")
Bye bye Chicks. Don't let the door it you in your fat butt on the way out.

(Just so you know, I am ashamed the Dixie Chicks make records in Nashville.)

Ironically, the trio landed the top-grossing country tour of 2003 when they last performed across America - after the comments made in London. Idiot remark. The tickets were already sold and a lot of people wanted their money back but no refunds were given.
