"What are you talking about, taking mothers from babies?"
I'm talking about two homosexuals raising a child. Now, they may love the child, provide everything for the child. They may be gainfully employed, save tuition money for college for the child, but they cannot provide the child with a mother.
The gay rights debate is framed from both an adult perspective and a feminist outlook, the notion being that babies don't need mothers; any two loving adults will do.
According to the sexual revolution, you don't have to let the needs of children interfere with adult life style preferences.
I get it. You're telling rape victims to shut the hell up and accept it.
No you don't.
Add that to the list of other things you "don't get". It must be thousands of pages long.
I agree with you there, a child should have a mother. But if gays want to adopt orphans who wouldn't have a mother anyway, or a child whose mother is abusive, then I say good for them.
I don't see the Dutch, French or Canadians spiralling into chaos.
You're kidding, right?
New Poll Question: Which picture is a bigger threat to Dane?
1. The U.S. Constitution which, in Article IV, Section 4, guarantees that the Federal Government will protect each State from invasion.
2. Officers from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement which is the agency who enforces our immigration laws and arrests people for committing the felony of hiring or harboring illegal aliens.
3. True conservatives like Rep. Tom Tancredo and the others in the House of Representatives who have earned 100% "Best and Brightest" ratings from the American Conservative Union. These conservatives have passed a border security bill which secures our borders without giving rewards and privileges to the criminal invaders who violate our borders, break our laws, and are responsible for the deaths of over 9,000 Americans per year?
4. The Congressional Immigration Reform Caucus which was founded and chaired by Rep. Tom Tancredo, which enjoys membership by the most conservative one third of the Republicans in Congress, and which leads the national debate on reforming and enforcing our immigration laws and securing our national borders.
5. A mirror which, if Dane looks into it, she will see what a leftist propaganda spewing, anti-conservative, race-baiting troll she has become.
Your profile tells us nothing about yourself, Dane, not even if you are Danish or American. Until such time that you become honest enough to share a little more of your self with us, I shall refrain from sharing even a smidgen of my opinion with you.
So do you know, or not?
Then you need new glasses!
Bottom line: same sex behavior IS NOT NORMAL!
Just asking that question is making you out to be mighty ignorant.
LOL....seems like 'Dane' is re-running Lou's poll from yesterday, & is *expecting* different results

"I don't see the Dutch, French or Canadians spiralling into chaos."
It takes time for the effects of these social experiments to become apparent. In the 1970s, magazines carried articles about how divorce would be good for children. It took at least 25 years before the negative effects became more obvious. Similarly, anyone who says that there is "proof" that it is fine for kids to be raised by homosexuals/lesbians has insufficient evidence. There have been no large, long-term studies to date on this issue.
I agree with you there, a child should have a mother. But if gays want to adopt orphans who wouldn't have a mother anyway, or a child whose mother is abusive, then I say good for them.
In theory, yes, but I view this argument as basically false. The gay rights movement is not focused on rescuing abused orphaned children; it is focused on attaining the right to marry for the purpose of advancing their agenda. One such example of a written agenda is the 1972 Gay Rights Platform which was formulated in Chicago. You can look it up on the Internet. In this platform, they say they want polygamous marriage legally accepted and they want to abolish the age of sexual consent.
It's a long leap from orphans to polygamy and pedophillia, but the gay rights movement is quite relentless. I wonder where the stopping point will be. When will they stop demanding something new.
The thing is that if they attain everything they want legally, I still don't believe that they will be happy. It's an old cliche, but happiness lies within. They're so much in the habit of blaming everyone else for their unhappiness.
Which is a bigger threat?
The white guys kissing?
The illegal from mexico raping your 14 year old daughter?
I can do "Danes False Analogies" too!
The 12 million illegals here are NOT picking strawberries. Only a small handfull are.

______________
Poll: Voters Reject Senate Guest-Worker Plan 2 to 1!
A new Zogby poll of likely voters finds that Americans prefer, by two to one, the House of Representatives enforcement-only bill to the Senates plan to grant guest-worker status. Sixty-four percent of Americans support the House bill, with only 30 percent supporting the Senate plan. Support for the enforcement-only approach by itself also proves to be widespread, with 81 percent of Republicans, 72 percent of Independents, 57 percent of Democrats, and 53 percent of Hispanics supporting the enforcement-only House bill.[snip]

Dane, did you know that this government gives priority to homosexuals (especially with aids) to apply for legalization?
75% also reject GM when the question is asked as do/do not support GM, not some twisted "same sex union" question.
LOL........I've been posting the same link, & wondering why 'Dane' would re-run Lou's poll & *expect* any different results.
So far NO ANSWERES from the 'Dane'......however he *might* have voted @ CNN, I notice 'gay marriage' has recieved ONE MORE VOTE this last hour.
