Second Lacrosse Party Dancer Makes Obscene Gesture In Court

A second exotic dancer who performed at a March 13 Duke University lacrosse team party where a woman says she was raped and assaulted by three athletes made an obscene gesture at a television camera during court proceedings on Tuesday.

When Kim Roberts noticed WRAL's camera in the courtroom, she made the gesture and then stuck out her tongue.

I'm remembering that it wasn't Evans but another lax team member who had similar minor charges against him that had been reinstated by Nifong. Evans still has these minor charges pending against him.

Mangum isn't a dancer, so Jade's story is irrelevant, and so is her bragging. Mangum is a whore, and I suspect jade is, too. Abdullah seems to agree with that, in view of his opinion on the conduct of southern black women.

Where was Abdullah's concern for pre-judgment when Shabazz and the boys led Durham blacks in a chant for conviction now, no ifs, ands, or buts about it, and called out "dead man walking" to Evans in court?

The hypocrisy of these people is comical.

Shep ran some footage of Kim in court, apparently for her arraignment, and showed the tongue sticking-out silly nastiness. I guess no PR firm came through for her or they would have reminded her not to do this.

Kim is charged with violation of probation for failing to pay restitution, failing to report for her probation appointments, and leaving the state without permission.

Years back, an aquaintance of mine, a Dominatrix in Berkeley, was considering going "legit". I brought up the fact she would then begin paying taxes. She decided to stay "under the table".

in North Carolina the criminal case is not as importatnt as the civil case.

Ironically, had Crystal never cried rape but instead hired an ambulance-chaser and simply sued the leaseholders for a basic slip & fall claim for injuries and pain resulting from her spill on the back porch, she very likely could have gotten significant $$$ in a relatively quick settlement.
