A second exotic dancer who performed at a March 13 Duke University lacrosse team party where a woman says she was raped and assaulted by three athletes made an obscene gesture at a television camera during court proceedings on Tuesday.
When Kim Roberts noticed WRAL's camera in the courtroom, she made the gesture and then stuck out her tongue.

That is right. Nifong may have other positions in mind too.
But this case has nothing to do with Justice, nothing at all.
Personal advancement and personal enrichment is more like it.
I just heard some people interviewed in Durham on this case on the Radio.
Looks like they are focusing on the CIVIL case. Victoria Petersen was on the Radio and she said she's talked to lawyers in Durham and she's talked to the AV Family.
She said that the one of the people on the lease of the house was EVANS, she intimated that Evan's parents name was on the lease. She said that a 22 year old old invited the strippers and served alcohol to underage men in this same house. Mrs. Petersen said that the Evan's Mother - a lobbyist in Washington is going to be held financially responsible for the events that happened in that house that night. She mentioned the lower standard in the Civil court and she said the Washington Lawyer Father (that she connected to George Bush's White House) will have to pay for the actions of his son.
Again, she claimed to have spoken with many lawyers and were assured that the AV has a super strong case in civil court. Then she mentioned Duke's liability. She said Duke owned the house and had protected the unlawful players and looked the other way for years, allowing this to happen.
She said Duke would be a defendant in the Civil lawsuit also.
So, you can see where this case is going. The AV, and the black lawyers in her entourage are looking to get super Rich from this case. The Race angle will be used to exploit the jury and move the damages into the ionosphere.
Noticeably absent was the discussion of the CRIMINAL case: by the Durham women speaking.
Absolutely disgusting! Shakedown.

I do hope his parents' names are not on that lease. It's an obvious shakedown in any case, but it's easier to wall it off if they are not involved.

I have a feeling that no matter what the amount, and no matter what her new clothes and hairstyle try to say, she will come across as she is.

Yep, those fine up-standing young ladies really do represent their college and community well. They come with rap-sheets, illigitimate kids, drugs, liquor and vulgar language and strip for college boys...role models for the young 'uns growing up in Durham.

I heard a report that mentioned that Crystal Gail Mangum has been an excellent (?) student in her law enforcement courses at NCCU. Her curriculum would explain the strategy in this case, as in North Carolina the criminal case is not as importatnt as the civil case. It is now quite clear that the case is turning to the deep pockets, the parents who signed the lease on the house.
At first I joked that the reason it took so long to identify the players was because the accuser was waiting to receive their credit scores. Now that doesn't seem so far fetched, does it?

Watching the video none of the adjectives describing her are flattering.

We all know people like her. People who are not willing to work for what they want in life and then blaming the rest of the world because they do not get it.
She has zero class. Worse, she probably has no idea that her actions in court were totally inappropriate.
I have read she has a child....I wonder if her child lives with her, with Grandma or in foster care.

It sure sounds like the AV's parents have Crystal's kids all the time.
We have to assume Lil Kim was driving around illegally because there was a warrant out for her arrest and state's usually shut down your driving priviliges and your registration when that happens.
Just like she was using a false name (even with the AV) and someone that night was using a cell phone registered to someone else (may have been stolen? (my words)):
Kids don't fit it too well with that lifestyle. You find somebody with some good sh@+ and you party until there's no more.
According to the AV in Shelton's report, the AV wanted to leave and Kim wanted to stay. I think Kim would've stayed until she thought there was no more dollar bills in that house.

Regarding Evans--I think it was last week or the week before he was in court on the minor infraction, which I think was a noise violation(??). The judge basically told the prosecutor to take the case and leave and that the prosecutor was wasting the court's valuable time on such drivel.

To be clear, we don't know that the parents are on the lease.
We know some flamethrowers in Durham are claiming that.
I hope that is not the case. I couldn't find any reporting that indicates as much.
They'll get money from the spineless bunch at Duke anyway.
If the parents are NOT on the lease, how long will any judgement (for the sake of argument) be held against Evans.
He is an excellent speaker and, by all accounts a leader, at some point he should have assets (if he doesn't already).

It sounds very much like the past South where women, black women in particular, could never call rape because their morals and sexually activity would not support it.”
A recent Temple University graduate and single mother said the morals of the alleged victim should be the last thing people call into question. In fact, the woman said, her determination to provide for her children should be commended.
“She has two mouths to feed, as well as her own, and she’s going to school. If that doesn’t say something about her character, I don’t know what does,” Jade, herself an exotic dancer, told BlackAmericaWeb.com.
Throughout her final year at Temple, Jade managed to bring in big bucks she earned while dancing two to three nights a week at an Atlantic City nightclub, sometimes raking in as much as $2,000 a week, tax-free (WTF?!?). Never did classmates who knew of her after-school gig question her values because of they way she carried herself, Jade said.

What is the News Corpse going to pretend now that they didn't convict these kids and the entire team of brutal, heinous crimes WITHOUT THE FACTS?
It takes a politically adept person to have understood that the liberals, the Drive-by Media, and the black community when faced with the facts would not reverse their position, or admit error, or persue justice in another direction.
There is always a certain segment, and it's larger than we want to think, that believe these people are open-minded, misguided, or just informed. I think they are biased haters that jump at any and every opportunity they have to codemn Whites, anglos, or christians.
Just look at our educational system, television shows, or popular movies.
