That is the only time I have ever seen the press run a picture of him smiling. Not that I am offended by the VP receiving an award from the NRA!!
I have been reading about the liberal bias at Google.. just for fun. Type in Dick Cheney.. /select the photos search.. you will first see the parodys & the very unflattering shots.
I really like google product (I use their email) ; like their search engines & LOVE, JUST LOVE google earth.. But like other things in life you just need to be "aware" as you use the services
I have quite a few of him smiling but I must admit they are few and far between
