The Senate passed a provision to consult with Mexico before building a fence on the border . Provision was introduced by Arlen Spector .
Do the fence's gates open one way or both? I had some fun in Juarez that I don't think was available north of the border.
After thinking about, I believe the provision was inserted because they knew it would kill the bill in Conference.

Its a criticism of Dobbs. 100% of his show is dedicated to being critical of this administration... even when there is good news to report.
The Republicans are INTENTIONALLY handing the senate to the Democrats.
Makes me proud to watch Spector and Bush fight over Fox's lap like a couple of little, poodle dogs. ;^)
He's loyal only to his liberal, hate-America self. He should be convicted and imprisoned for treason, in a time of war. Specter's subhuman garbage.
With Mexico having turned into an enemy nation, this is treason.
