"May deprive the rights of the victim to a fair trial??"

Interesting statement. Do they expect her to be on trial eventually? That's certainly the implication.

"May deprive the rights of the victim to a fair trial"

Good point. Didn't know she's been charged with committing a crime...

What does NiFong have on Crystal besides lying, prostitution, drugs, drunkeness, tax evasion, 10 year old rape claim that was dropped, refusal to take tox test, DNA from cliental of Crystal?

NOTHING!!

Bet her "weekend" clients (3) were part of an "on file" data base. Crystal didn't have to squeal. They knew. It was just a matter of getting into the right data base.

The fact that there were 3 sets of DNA must have been the cue for three identified Duke students. I'll bet the first results showed it but WOULDN'T clarify the results because the proper data base wasn't made available. Clever!!

By calling her "the victim" the NAACP is stating the accused perpetrators of this alleged crime are guilty and is doing its level best to see that they get judicially lynched. In fact, just about every bit of credible evidence that's come out shows conclusively that there wasn't even a crime and the "victim" is no victim at all. The real victims of this travesty are the three young men this whore and the NAACP are trying to get lynched.

That's how they're gonna slither out of this thing. If it doesn't go to trial they'll say "she was deprived of her right to a fair trial" and the Duke players will never have their names cleared.
