And the stereotype of black women as highly sexed, like the lascivious Jezebel from slavery days.

No kidding. The way those guys treated them, you'd think they were strippers or something.

The Duke report says the victim at first alleged that 20 lacrosse players had raped her, but then changed her count to three. Later, the Durham city manager challenged that account, saying it was based on a Duke police officer overhearing a snippet of a Durham city police officer's phone conversation about the case. Nonetheless, the conclusion that the victim wasn't credible made its way through the university's chain of command.

The race hustlers and feminazis dismiss the fact that the Duke officer heard the Durham officer say Crystal had changed her story about how many men raped her, based on the fact that the Duke merely "overheard" it.

But I have seen no one actually DENY that the Durham officer said what the Duke officer overheard. And now there is in defense hands the full 3-4 page initial police report which the defense has shown reporters in which indeed, the Durham police officers WERE IN FACT told different versions by Crystal, including that she had not been raped at all.

The MSM just sinks lower and lower...

Best piece of fiction I've read since "Sock" by Penn Jillette.

DNA, polygraphs, ATM receipts, digital photos, prior complaint of gang rape,.......forget all that, LET'S TALK ABOUT ROSA PARKS!

As the women fled the house, a neighbor reportedly heard one of the men shout: "Hey bitch, thank your grandpa for my nice cotton shirt."

Yes, that sounds like something a college kid from the Northeast would say in 2006. As far as I can tell, none of the accused are from the South.

The article is full of hearsay, hearsay, hearsay.

Hearsay is not admitted in court testimony. The concept is one of the pillars of our legal system.

Evidently not to the prosecutor, the defense attorneys, the civvy defenders of this AV, and the media.

Of course, we know that the hearsay pillar doesn't apply to educated, rich, spoiled, arrogant young white men.

Plus the justice system is so corrupt in this country that Samson, beard and all, must have returned to earth to push all our justice pillars down one by one.

call me names but I believe that black men rape white women at a far greater rate than white men rape black women.....at least for the last 50 yrs or so....

before that ,I don't know......slaves were held by a minority of white owners......abuse was certainly possible, maybe even probable.....

I DO believe black women have a history of being sexually and physically abused, however, except I think its predominantly coming from black men....

OK. My question is why do some black women demand respect yet they glorify their "culture" by pumping disgusting female degrading hip hop from their speakers? Why is that "whitey" is always the racist one? My theory is that these people lack a father figure in their life. To say I am politically incorrect and stereotyping, ya know what, dammit, so be it. It disgusts me alright. "The man" is out to get black people when "the Middle class man" is toting these bills for welfare and medical treatment. that is coming out of my pocket. I despise it when people say "oh, it's not black people that commit more crimes, it is poorer people." Alright, spin the obvious as much as you'd like, I do not care. "it's not the military who serves our country, it's the men and women in uniform." yeah, figure that one out and get back with me.

It's time for people to stop blaming their problems on everyone else. I have sympathy for this woman if she was raped OK? But so far, with all the evidence, she wasn't raped! The conflicting stories, her past. Then she makes a bold statement claiming, "oh, I have no respect for these lawyers now because they dug up my past." Guess what lady, you might know how to work a pole, and be majoring in Psychology, but anyone who has ever seen 5 minutes of The Practice, or hell, Ally frigging mcBeal could tell you that's what a lawyer does. They try to win the case. Pretty weird huh? "oh, I had no idea they would check into this stuff." Give me a break.

And who's fault is it? Is it my fault? Is it my governments fault? the government has implemented so many programs to "give back all we the white man stole" and all it does is rob the middle class. the workers. They have become so dependent on the government they are actually crying for slavery retributions! Ugghhhh! Someone explain to these people what the problem is, because obviously they don;t seem to get it!

I am in Iraq right now and at least the Sunni's and the Shia's know what the hell they are fighting each other for. The Kurds want to live in peace, but those 2 groups keep stirring the s*** up! I will say this in closing and I apologize if I offended and black Americans on FR. I didn;t intend to include everyone. Guys like Jesse and Al won;t let anything go. If a black guy gets a splinter from a piece of wood that was from a tree cut down by a white man, they scream rape and bloody murder. Who is the problem here. I look around and I see Americans. People like Jesse Jackson look around and they see scorn caused by keeping people in groups to cause tension. And yes, scorn is synonymous with dollar signs.

What not claim racism?, Her credibility is shot, the race card is pretty much all they have left.

"It is that the Duke case is in some ways reminiscent of a black woman's vulnerability to a white man during the days of slavery, reconstruction and Jim Crow, when sex was used as a tool of racial domination."

What a bunch of horse manure. The exploitation that was slavery has nothing to do with a contemporary black woman deciding to strip for groups of men and prostitute herself. Nobody forced her into that life. She made the choice to sell her body. This leftist hack cheapens the memory of US slaves. ""Whatever else happened, this woman has been violated somehow," Malveaux says. "Is there no sympathy?"" There was tons of it until more details began to emerge. I even thought it sounded at first like something had happened. But her story is almost implausible now. No DNA evidence. Her story changing. The whole mustache flap. The whole thing about one of the accused having a rock solid alibi. "Even Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was pounded by this wave of abuse when another radio host, David Lenihan, called her a "coon." (He later reportedly explained he was discussing her prospects at the NFL and ran the words together when he tried to say "coup" and "NFL." It came out as "coon." Twice. The fallout cost him his job.)" One jerk saying a stupid thing does not prove anything. We are a country of 300 million. Plenty of jerks say plenty of stupid things every year.

An unmarried mother of two who is stripping and hooking. Nice details to leave out. Were I a black woman i'd be insulted that this woman was being made out to be representative of me.

"At a news conference given by one of the defendant's attorneys in Durham, community activist Victoria Peterson raised a question she has heard privately: Did the partyers specifically request black dancers that night? Peterson's question was ignored.

"

"White men have always been fascinated with black women over the years. That's nothing new," says Peterson, who launched Durham Citizens Against Rape and Sexual Abuse in response to this case. With outlets such as BET and others portraying African American women as highly sexed, "young white boys, they want to touch, they want to see," Peterson says."

Horse manure.
