And the person who filed the suit claims that they were harassed because of the lawsuit. Over a scratched nano??????

The lawsuit claims that the iPod Nano's screen would become so scratched after a few days of normal usage that it become unreadable... the class action lawsuit seeks compensation for the purchasers beyond the normal warranty and large attorney's fees from Apple for the lawyers who filed it... like millions of dollars for the attorneys and a couple of bucks each for the iPod owners.
