The lawsuit claims that the iPod Nano's screen would become so scratched after a few days of normal usage that it become unreadable... the class action lawsuit seeks compensation for the purchasers beyond the normal warranty and large attorney's fees from Apple for the lawyers who filed it... like millions of dollars for the attorneys and a couple of bucks each for the iPod owners.

Remember the battery lawsuit? Million and millions of cash dollars in settlement went to the lawyers. Plaintiffs? They got a paper coupon for $50 off their next Apple purchase.
