I'd guess, so she can shoot fotogs.

She has my sympathy on this one. I carried my daughter around a lot when she was an infant, and it's not easy. I learned to use a sling, but even that wasn't foolproof. Babies are the crowning life-example for the phrase, "SH*T HAPPENS".

Follow someone around long enough and they will do something stupid. She got the "HORRIBLE MOTHER" label slapped on her so they are nitpicking. My comment was more about the weird placement of the gun comment and how the author completely left out the context.
