These Duke boys are GUILTY! But the way the media is portraying this case they will be said to be "innocent". I remember the Michael Jackson scam/case and the O.J. Simpson scam/ case and there is a BIG difference. The media gave no investigation of "innocent untill prooven guilty" before the trials, but her with rich white boy accussed of raping a black woman everything is by the book.
Of coarse they will get off because in the history of the USA NO white man has ever been convicted of raping a black woman and yes millions of rapes they have commited!

Durham like this country has never been united. Race is the case. Yes O.J. was innocent, just as Michael Jackson was innocent. the parents of these kids should be very afraid. Judge Stephens showed today, as expected, that he would feed red meat to his constituency. He is not the one that's going to call out Nifong for his highly unusual and unethical behavior. Stephens has to face reelection in the future, so he is not going to do what is right in the face of this ugly crowd in Durham

and the cell phone records or contents were denied by the "Judge" because of PRIVACY concerns. These players are looking at 20 years in the slammer and the Judge and Nifong are concerned about PRIVACY because it appears that the phone the AV used is owned by a third party.
so it sounds as if the "Judge" will look at the records and contents and only hand over to the defense what HE thinks they should know. i don't like what I'm reading.

Does anyone believe that the N&O will condemn the comments in court that amount to COMMUNICATING THREATS. The comments of "Dead Man Walking" and "Rapist" to a 19 year old that has NOT stood trial yet? Is this how our justice system is supposed to operate - intimidiation and threats in the Court room?
The N&O would be having their own Midnight vigil if a black defendant had been treated like this in court with all the rules that Nifong has chose to break in the persecution of these players. But, the Defendant is WHITE, so it's another day at the office for the N&O. Want to go to Lunch early?

I may have screwed up that Cell phone thing. I just heard on TV that Nifong and Osborn are supposed to work it out.
The motion for the phone was denied by Stephens and PRIVACY concerns were raised and Stephens hinted that the phone may be owned by a third party.
If you lend or give a phone to a Criminal, you waived your your right to privacy in my Opinion - OR WAS IT STOLEN?
