I thought it was odd that it was listed as the first item seized, when all of the bathroom stuff was listed at the very end, with the electronics all in the middle. It just seemed odd that if CGM left it in the master bedroom or the bathroom, that it would be the first thing seized.
I thought it must have been found outside the house, and that's why it got listed as the first item seized.

I also wanted to know how the makeup bag got back into the house with the 12:30 pic of CGM outside the house with the bag. So I looked at the warrant and the bag had been listed as seized first.

It shows that CGM likely did not re-enter the house after the 12:30 pic where she has the bag. 11 minutes later she is getting in the dark Honda.

me three......but the comments here by the legal types make me feel better.....not having ever been in court since some kids stuff 40 years ago, I am ignorant of the subtleties in proceedings.......that said, it DOES seem as if Nifong will have to share produce all lawful and reasonable evidence/discovery or be taken to task for refusing.
That the fact that the makeup bag was listed first on the warrant was good evidence that it was found outside the house, rather than inside.

Now, to change that equation, if they could be identified with gays, they could instantly become VICTIMS and get off the hook. The were hiring the strippers to mask their societally imposed shame at their sexual identity, which they are now proud to announce. Suddenly, the ACLU and gay groups would be on their side, not because they were now suddenly innocent, but because they were one of "them". The gays would start arguing that gay men simply don't rape women, so it could not have occurred, the prosecutor would not want to alienate one of his other favored minorities, and the case would die a slow, manageable death with some kind of deal that made all the parties happy.
I sure can't wait to see Nifong handed his ass. I think that Nifong and the stripper deserve to go to jail, but of the two, Nifong is worse.
To any lawyers out there:
At what point does a case like this become a civil rights case or is there any other way to remove it from the jurisdiction of the local DA?
NiFong's case still seems to be getting weaker...

I once reported a similar (interbet) threat re the Prez to the SS.....they were here the next morning and when they left, there was no doubt in my mind that the person who posted it would be enjoying a less-than-pleasant visit with them soon, and for much longer than the 10 minutes they spent with me.
Whoever did the search will be asked to testify where those items were found.
This supports the sequence that
she left the house missing right shoe
went back for her shoe (what rape victim does that!)
couldn't get back in because she was locked out
made phone call from back porch still missing one right shoe (photo)
fished around in her makeup kit (photo - why?) or maybe her cell phone was in that shiny black plastic kit and I've got these two reversed
fell down the steps sending her stuff flying
stuff is not picked up in the dark
helped into Kim's car missing right shoe, cell phone and purse and cut up from the fall (photo)
lax team members don't even bother to pick up her stuff
two days later cops find her stuff in the back yard just where it was dropped.
