Me either...judge putting WAY too much confidence in NiFong being truthful. I bet anything that the skanks phone messages are erased, and the notes from the cops have been destroyed.
He thinks they are doing fine. He thinks Nifong is nuts and wants to keep his name in the media so he can run for higher office.
I want him to see this transcrip though. He picks up on stuff I miss.
He could get a fair trial here in the NC mtns. People here have common sense, the area was pro-Union, no slavery during Civil War, and it is heavily Republican!

I think he did ok. he made the talking points for tv that needed to be made.

It was for the other cases. He was allowing the others to leave who had no interest in those cases.
Court TV: The headline is the defense standing up saying they want a trial as soon as possible. The other headline is that the DA says, we've made an application to try all three of them together.
I'm not sure...I got the impression that other cases are to be heard after the 10min recess...
